Quarterly Convocational Meetings are held on the 4th Saturday in the founding City in each State. The 1st Quarterly Meeting is in Albany, Georgia, 2nd Quarterly Meeting in Tallahassee, Florida & 3rd Quarterly Meeting Montgomery, Alabama, 4th Quarterly Meeting are Rotates to each State.
